Payments & Transactions
User balances are maintained in USD. Currency conversions are provided for informational purposes only and are based on the day’s displayed rates to help users understand approximate values in shekels, Jordanian dinars, or other supported currencies. Transactions, however, are processed in USD. If a transaction is made in another currency, the equivalent in USD will be calculated according to the current exchange rate with a designated bank.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
Throughout the duration of this agreement and beyond, both parties agree to keep confidential any information exchanged, including proprietary or transaction details. Upon request, each party must return any confidential information received under this agreement. Users agree not to disclose any confidential information related to escards.com to third parties, including media outlets, even in the event of a dispute. Penalties for unauthorized disclosure may include financial damages of at least $50,000 per confirmed incident of reputational loss.
Digital Product Issue and Refund Policy
In the event of any issue with a digital product, such as a gift card, subscription, or email delivery, users are encouraged to contact technical support. escards.com will review the issue, and if it is confirmed to have originated on its end, it will be resolved by providing a replacement product or issuing a credit refund. Digital products cannot be returned after purchase if no issue is found. These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan or Palestine, and any disputes arising from the use of escards.com will be resolved in Jordanian or Palestinian courts.
